yourtown's Transition to Work sites are closed during the Christmas and New Year period. They will close at 12:30pm on Tuesday, 24 December and reopen at 9:00am on Thursday, 2 January 2025.

At yourtown Childers, we will offer training, workshops, individualised one-on-one support and more – all based around where you’re at and what you need.
Some ways our Transition to Work program can help you include:
- building you a resume
- supporting you to find a job you will actually like
- choosing if you want face-to-face help or virtual
- help you prepare for interviews
- provide you with referrals to apprenticeships, traineeships and study courses
- ongoing support and mentoring to reach any goals
