Itsy Bitsy Calm is one of our most innovative parenting programs. It's helping Mums and dads (with children under 9 months) to understand their baby’s expressions, feelings and needs. Itsy Bitsy Calm is proving successful and helping young parents to connect with their children and to grow strong families.

During the program we see the interactions between parent and child improve dramatically. Parents become better able to understand the cues of their babies and to respond to their needs. By forming closer attachments with their baby, parents become more attuned to themselves as well. They learn how to have a nurturing and positive relationship with their child.

The Itsy Bitsy Calm program is helping parents feel more confident, less stressed and better able to manage their responsibilities. It's also helping children feel emotionally secure and protected. As they mature, that strong start will benefit their adult interactions, confidence and communication skills.

This program is only one of the many ways we are helping children, young people and families create brighter futures.
