I am a self-confessed social media junky; I have a significant digital and social media presence and understand the challenges of operating in a connected and fast changing world. I also have a 12 year old daughter who manages to remind me regularly that as an organisation for young people – we have to keep innovating through technologies to stay connected. - Tracey Gillinder

Tracey strives to align her strategic values and passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience to grow fundraising income for the organisation and continue to innovate in our service delivery for young people.

Having a young daughter, knowing what I know about the barriers young people face in reaching out for help keeps me motivated to apply fresh thinking to our organisational marketing and fundraising strategies. It’s so important that children and young people in Australia know they aren't alone. - Tracey Gillinder

Tracey is a valued and experienced member of our executive team with a passion for innovation. Her motivation never fails and she's working smart (and hard!) to ensure we connect more young people and supporters than ever before.

At yourtown, we are tackling the issues young people have. We continue to be part of the solution and provide services that young people can access to find jobs, learn skills and live safer, happier lives.
