Celebrating young people

National Youth Week kicks off today and is the largest celebration of young people in Australia.

BoysTown is the only organisation in Australia that connects with young people every minute of every day and every day we celebrate young people and work to help them reach their full potential.

Last year:

• 213,666 contacts were made by children and young people to Kids Helpline
• 9,862 people participated in our Employment Service
• 5,256 children participated in Kids Helpline @ School
• 2,629 people participated in our Communities for Children Program
• 1,400 young people participated in our education and work transition programs
• 623 young people participated in Indigenous training and support programs
• 278 young people participated in our Social Enterprises
