You're invited to give feedback on our Parentline service.

LET US KNOW YOUR THOUGHTS

The annual Parentline survey is now open to parents and carers who have used the service.

This is your opportunity to let us know how helpful you've found our counselling and information. As one of our services, we hope it has empowered you to overcome parenting challenges. Your thoughts will help us understand what's working and how we can improve.

Top issues for parents Survey results and our counselling information also help us understand the top concerns of parents. In 2014, these were around managing children’s challenging behaviour and enhancing parent-child relationships. (The full 2014 Parentline overview report will be launched soon.)

About Parentline Parentline is a confidential service providing qualified counselling and support for parents and carers in Queensland and the Northern Territory. Telephone and email services operate between 8am-10pm, seven days a week. Web counselling is available from 11am-2pm, Tuesday and Thursday. For counselling support call Parentline on 1300 30 1300 or visit the website. Funding for Parentline comes from the Queensland Government and Northern Territory Government.
