COVID-19 Safety Plan
Communication
In order to keep all staff up to date on the emerging situation, a number of communication strategies have been implemented, including:
- The centralised COVID-19 page
- Regular Q&As, emails and videos from the CEO, Tracy Adams
- Regular teleconferences and Q&As for Managers
- Posts on yourtown Town Hall on Facebook
- Posters, information sheets and other materials to display on sites
- Videos to assist with understanding how to apply social distancing, PPE and other safety specific information
- Safety Champions in each state are provided with updated information and play a part in disseminating information
- The COVID-19 Response team monitor Government changes daily and use these to update organisational positions, Q&As
- Links to relevant Government websites are available on the internal Safety Page and COVID-19 page
